在 W Diamond，我們明白訂製珠寶需要信任。因此，我們的每個步驟都以誠信與透明度為核心。

1. 產品與證書

  • 培育鑽石 – 附有 IGI 證書的情況如下：50分（0.50卡）或以上的圓形鑽石
  • 1卡（1.00卡）或以上的異形鑽石每顆鑽石均附有原裝 IGI 證書（證書上清晰列明顏色、淨度、切工及螢光反應等參數）。
  • 對於 50分以下的圓形鑽石 或 1卡以下的異形鑽石，我們免費提供 第三方檢測報告。
  • 所有底托均為 純 18K、14K、9K 金 或 PT950（鉑金）（可選白金、玫瑰金、黃金或鉑金）。

2. 訂製流程

  • 我們大部份商品均為 定制顏色及尺寸 的產品。
  • 開始製作前，我們會提供 3D 設計圖 給您確認。
  • 所有細節（包括戒指尺寸、金屬顏色、鑲嵌方式等）必須在開始製作前確認。
  • 一旦確認並開始製作，除非出現 質量問題（例如生產瑕疵、鑽石等級不符），否則 不設更改、退貨或換貨。

3. 製作時間

  • 18K 金戒指： 約 10–12 天
  • 18K 金手鏈： 約 12–15 天
  • 9K 金產品： 比 18K 多約 2–3 天

4. 交收方式

  • 當面面交： 交收地點及時間，我們都會盡量遷就，更可送貨至閣下樓下。
  • 順豐取貨（本地）： 選擇順豐取貨，我們會包本地郵費，免運費。

5. 下單備註及尺寸

  • 下單時，請務必在 備註欄 註明您想要的 金屬顏色、鑲嵌方式 及 戒指尺寸。
  • 如果不確定戒圈大小，歡迎透過 WhatsApp 或 Instagram 與我們聯絡查詢。

6. 退貨及換貨條款（定制產品）

  • 非質量問題（包括客戶自行選錯尺寸、改變主意、或收到貨品後不喜歡等）不設退貨或換貨。
  • 若尺寸不合適，W Diamond 樂意協助修改調整（或需另收費用）。
  • 如遇質量問題（例如石鬆脫、爪斷裂），請在收到貨品後 3 天內 透過 WhatsApp 或 Instagram 聯絡我們，並提供清晰相片或影片證明。

7. 售後服務及特別說明

免費翻新保養及改圈口

  • 我們提供 免費拋光及保養 服務。
  • 改圈口費用全免（滿圈鑽石款式除外 – 請參閱以下說明）。

滿圈鑽石款式（不設改圈口）

  • 對於 整圈鑲滿鑽石的戒指（滿圈款式） ，製作完成後 無法修改圈口。
  • 如果尺寸不合適，需要整個戒指重做。
  • 選購此類款式時，請務必仔細確認戒指尺寸。

18K 白金 – 顏色說明（非質量問題）

  • 18K 白金本身的底色 稍微偏黃。
  • 隨著長時間佩戴及磨損，表層可能會逐漸露出少許偏黃的底色。
  • 這不屬於質量問題 – 這是 18K 白金的正常特性。
  • 如果出現這個情況，只需聯絡我們。我們可以為您 重新拋光及電鍍，回復亮白的外觀。

9K 金 – 特別說明（非質量問題）

什麼是9K金？
9K金含有 37.5% 的純金（即 375 千分比）。其餘 62.5% 由銅、銀、鋅等其他金屬組成。這使得9K金成為 更實惠的選擇，特別是在金價高企的時候。

為什麼9K金會變色或氧化？（非質量問題）
由於9K金的黃金含量較低，其他金屬的比例較高，因此它對環境因素 更容易產生反應。氧化或變色的主要原因包括：

  1. 銅的含量： 9K金通常含有銅，銅會與空氣中的 硫化物（例如來自污染、汗水或護膚品）反應，形成硫化銅，導致金屬變暗或失去光澤。
  2. 潮濕與濕氣： 長時間暴露在潮濕環境中，會加速氧化過程。
  3. 體質差異： 有些人的汗水酸性較高，容易與9K金中的合金金屬產生反應。
  4. 化妝品與化學物質： 香水、乳霜、肥皂或清潔劑都可能與金屬表面產生化學作用。

這不是生產缺陷 – 這是 9K金因其純度較低而產生的自然特性。

如果您的9K金首飾出現氧化，請 聯絡我們。我們會協助您尋求解決方案，例如拋光、重新電鍍或其他處理方法。

At W Diamond, we understand that ordering custom jewellery online requires trust. That is why we have built every step of our process around honesty and clarity.

1. Product & Certification

  • Lab-grown diamonds – IGI certified for:Round diamonds of 0.50ct or aboveFancy shape diamonds of 1.00ct or aboveEach stone comes with a genuine IGI certificate (colour, clarity, cut, and fluorescence details are clearly stated on the certificate).
  • For round diamonds below 0.50ct or fancy shape diamonds below 1.00ct, we provide a third-party gemological report at no extra cost.
  • All settings are made of solid 18K, 14K, 9K gold, or PT950 (platinum) (white gold, rose gold, yellow gold, or platinum available).

2. Custom-Made Process

  • Most of our products are custom-made in colour, size, and design.
  • Before production begins, you will receive a 3D design render for your approval.
  • All details (ring size, metal colour, prong setting, etc.) must be confirmed by you before we start crafting.
  • Once confirmed, no changes, returns, or exchanges will be accepted unless there is a quality issue (e.g., manufacturing defect, incorrect diamond grade).

3. Production Time

  • 18K gold rings: Approximately 10–12 days
  • 18K gold bracelets: Approximately 12–15 days
  • 9K gold pieces: Additional 2–3 days compared to 18K

4. Delivery & Handover

  • Face-to-Face Handover: We will try our best to accommodate your preferred time and location, including delivery to your building's ground floor.
  • SF Express Pickup (Local): Shipping fee is included for local deliveries within Hong Kong.

5. Order Notes & Sizing

  • When placing an order, please clearly indicate your metal colour, prong setting, and ring size in the remarks/notes section.
  • If you are unsure about your ring size, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram for assistance.

6. Return & Exchange Policy (Custom Orders)

  • No returns or exchanges for non-quality issues (including incorrect size selected by the customer, change of mind, or personal preference after receiving the item).
  • If the size does not fit perfectly, W Diamond will be happy to assist with adjustments (additional fees may apply).
  • For quality issues (e.g., loose stones, broken prongs), please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item via WhatsApp or Instagram with clear photos/videos.

7. After-Sales Service & Important Notes

Free Maintenance & Resizing

  • We provide free polishing and maintenance for all our products.
  • Ring resizing is free (except for full-eternity diamond rings – see note below).

Full-Eternity Diamond Rings (Resizing Excluded)

  • For rings with diamonds set around the entire band (full eternity), resizing is not possible after production.
  • If the size is incorrect, the ring would need to be completely remade.
  • Please confirm your ring size carefully before ordering this style.

18K White Gold – Colour Note (Not a Quality Issue)

  • 18K white gold naturally has a slightly yellowish undertone.
  • Over time, with normal wear and tear, the surface layer may wear down and reveal a hint of this natural yellow colour.
  • This is not a quality defect – it is a normal characteristic of 18K white gold.
  • If this happens, simply contact us. We can re-polish and re-electroplate the ring to restore its bright white appearance.

9K Gold – Special Note (Not a Quality Issue)

What is 9K gold?
9K gold contains 37.5% pure gold (375 parts per thousand). The remaining 62.5% consists of other metals such as copper, silver, and zinc. This makes 9K gold a more affordable alternative to 18K or 24K gold, especially during periods of high gold prices.

Why does 9K gold change colour or oxidise? (Not a quality issue)
Because 9K gold has a lower gold content and a higher proportion of base metals, it is more reactive to environmental factors. The main reasons for oxidation or discolouration include:

  1. Copper content: 9K gold often contains copper, which can react with sulphur compounds in the air (e.g., from pollution, sweat, or lotions) to form copper sulphide, causing the metal to darken or tarnish.
  2. Moisture and humidity: Prolonged exposure to moisture can accelerate oxidation.
  3. Body chemistry: Some individuals’ sweat is more acidic, which can react with the alloy metals in 9K gold.
  4. Cosmetics and chemicals: Perfumes, creams, soaps, or cleaning agents can interact with the metal surface.

This is not a manufacturing defect – it is a natural characteristic of 9K gold due to its lower gold purity.

What should you do if oxidation occurs?
If your 9K gold jewellery oxidises, please contact us. We will assist you with solutions such as polishing, replating, or other treatments.

Is 9K gold a good choice?
Yes, 9K gold is an excellent budget-friendly option that still offers the look and feel of solid gold. As long as you are aware of its characteristics and care for it properly, it can be a beautiful and practical choice for everyday wear.
