在 W Diamond，我們明白訂製珠寶需要信任。因此，我們的每個步驟都以誠信與透明度為核心。

1. 鑽石證書保障

  • IGI 證書： 對於 50分（0.50卡）或以上的圓形鑽石，以及 1卡（1.00卡）或以上的異形鑽石，每顆均附有原裝 IGI 證書

  • 第三方檢測報告： 對於 1卡以下的異形鑽石 或 50分以下的圓形鑽石，雖然沒有 IGI 證書，但 W Diamond 樂意為您免費提供一份 第三方檢測報告，讓您加倍安心。

2. 訂製流程

  • 我們大部份商品均為 定制顏色及尺寸 的產品。

  • 開始製作前，我們會提供 3D 設計圖 給您確認。所有細節（包括戒指尺寸、金屬顏色、鑲嵌方式等）必須在開始製作前確認。

  • 一旦確認並開始製作，除非出現 質量問題（例如生產瑕疵、鑽石等級不符、石鬆脫等），否則 不設更改、退貨或換貨。

3. 製作時間

  • 18K 金戒指： 約 10–12 天

  • 18K 金手鏈： 約 12–15 天

  • 9K 金產品： 比 18K 多約 2–3 天

4. 退貨及換貨條款（定制產品）

  • 非質量問題（包括客戶自行選錯尺寸、改變主意、或收到貨品後不喜歡等）不設退貨或換貨。

  • 若尺寸不合適，W Diamond 樂意協助修改調整（或需另收費用）。

  • 如遇質量問題（例如石鬆脫、爪斷裂、黃金純度不符），請在收到貨品後 7 天內 透過 WhatsApp 或 Instagram 聯絡我們，並提供清晰相片或影片證明。

5. 交收方式

  • 當面面交： 交收地點及時間，我們都會盡量遷就，更可送貨至閣下樓下。

  • 順豐取貨（本地）： 選擇順豐取貨，我們會包本地郵費，免運費。

6. 下單備註及尺寸

  • 下單時，請務必在 備註欄 註明您想要的 金屬顏色、鑲嵌方式 及 戒指尺寸。

  • 如果不確定戒圈大小，歡迎透過 WhatsApp 或 Instagram 與我們聯絡查詢。

At W Diamond, we understand that ordering custom jewelry online requires trust. That is why we have built every step of our process around honesty and clarity.

1. Diamond Certification

  • IGI Certificate: For round diamonds of 0.50ct or above and fancy shape diamonds of 1.00ct or above, each stone comes with a genuine IGI certificate 

  • Third-Party Report for smaller diamonds: For fancy shape diamonds below 1.00ct or round diamonds below 0.50ct, which do not include an IGI certificate, W Diamond is pleased to provide a third-party gemological report for your peace of mind, at no additional cost.

2. Custom-Made Process

  • Most of our products are custom-made in colour, size, and design.

  • Before production begins, you will receive a 3D design render for your approval. All details (ring size, metal colour, prong setting, etc.) must be confirmed by you before we start crafting.

  • Once confirmed, no changes, returns, or exchanges will be accepted unless there is a quality issue (e.g., manufacturing defect, incorrect diamond grade, loose stones).

3. Production Time

  • 18K gold rings: Approximately 10–12 days

  • 18K gold bracelets: Approximately 12–15 days

  • 9K gold pieces: Additional 2–3 days compared to 18K

4. Return & Exchange Policy (Custom Orders)

  • No returns or exchanges for non-quality issues (including incorrect size selected by the customer, change of mind, or personal preference after receiving the item).

  • If the size does not fit perfectly, W Diamond will be happy to assist with adjustments (additional fees may apply).

  • For quality issues (e.g., loose stones, broken prongs, incorrect gold purity), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item via WhatsApp or Instagram with clear photos/videos.

5. Delivery & Handover

  • Face-to-Face Handover: We will try our best to accommodate your preferred time and location, including delivery to your building's ground floor.

  • SF Express Pickup (Local): Shipping fee is included for local deliveries within Hong Kong.

6. Order Notes & Sizing

  • When placing an order, please clearly indicate your metal colour, prong setting, and ring size in the remarks/notes section.

  • If you are unsure about your ring size, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram for assistance.
